American YouTuber, Jeffree Star, went viral on Monday, August 24, following an Instagram post of himself and his new mystery man, whose face was not revealed. However, the tattoo on his arm soon gave him away and he was identified as Andre Marhold, a basketball player from Charlotte, North Carolina residing in Atlanta. After his identity was revealed, the YouTubestar and makeup guru shared another picture of them with Andre’s face in full view confirming the rumors. News of Jeffree and his new man generated quite a controversy on social media, with some users questioning why he was dating a black man after his recent racist accusations and others suggesting his new man was being paid to date him. Andre’s baby mama took to her Instagram to express her heartbreak saying that the news was going to affect her son and asking if the basketballer did it for money.

The YouTube star however denied the claims saying, “I know it’s devastating news for some people, but I don’t give money to anyone I’m dating or anyone who is f–king me. Work on your own insecurities sis, I’m not the problem” “Worry about how to pay your own bills, not who’s in my mouth. Thank you, God bless – Upper management”

Earlier this year in January, Jeffree announced his split from Nathan Schwandt, after five years of dating. According to him, they broke up because they wanted to start things off fresh in 2020 focusing on their individual selves.
