They say a joke is not funny when it’s on you. Reekadobanks is definitely not smiling about the whole Popcentraltv interview prank.

A snippet making round on social media reveals when a lady called in on popcentral tv during an interview with Reekado Banks alleging that the singer had sex with her without calling her back also demanding the singer tells her he loves her. The presenters then told him it was all  a prank and it all ended on a laughing note. Little did both parties know that everyone was already talking about it, and they were not laughing.

The singer has addressed the whole issue professionally in a tweet. He wrote “its truly a problem when a media platform begins to pursue shock value at the expense of an artistes’ image.
So that was a prank call on a tv show, it was funny then , but I do not like where this is headed!”
