American actor and comedian, Tracy Morgan, is reportedly in a battle with his estranged wife, Megan Wollover-Morgan, over custody of their seven year old daughter, Maven Sonae.

Megan reportedly filed for divorce last month citing “irreconcilable differences”. According to reports by Page Six, the 33 year old is asking for sole legal and physical custody of their daughter in her filing, adding that she wants theirprenuptial agreement put forth which states that she is obligatedto alimony payments, child support for their daughter, as well as payment for her legal fees.

The 51 year old comedian filed his response, requesting joint legal and shared residential custody of their daughter, with both sides paying child support for her and that Megan reverts from his last name to her maiden name. The actor also revealed in his filing that he and Megan had been having issues that eventually led to the breakdown of their marriage for more than six months. He, however, agreed that their property and assets be split as stated in the prenup and that it should also dictate alimony payments.

Tracy and Megan got engaged on the Emmy Awards red carpet in September 2012 and eventually got married in August 2015, 14 months after the actor’s near death experience in an accident that killed his friend. Their prenup was signed on August 5, 2015.

Tracy Morgan also fathers three adult sons; Gitrid, 34, Malcom, 32, and Tracy Jr., 28 from his previous marriage with Sabrina Morgan.
